CNC Team Lead (Indianapolis, IN)

The purpose of the CNC Team Leader position is to provide guidance and support on an ongoing basis to the team members of the operation. This role directly supports the production area and engages people by putting the team's ideas to work in timely manner. The person in this role is vital to the continuous improvement efforts of the operation and will contribute to Guardian's ability to meet and exceed customer expectations.

CNC operator I (Indianapolis, IN)

Overview: Primary duties are consistent operation and checking dimensions of parts produced on CNC equipment. Position will also include operating computer numerical control (CNC) machine to perform and produce precision metal components; perform actions such as cutting, drilling, milling, boring, and broaching as specified by work order, blueprints, drawing, templates, or layout.

Industrial Engineer (Indianapolis, IN)

The ISE supports manufacturing across the plant with improvement projects that drive new capabilities, higher capacity, faster throughput, less queue time, and lower costs. These projects will utilize strong communication, technical, and project management skills.

Manual Machinist (Indianapolis, IN)

Overview: Machinist are able to work without supervision according to the required technical specifications and production standards.
Produce precision metal components; perform actions such as cutting, drilling, milling, boring, and broaching as specified by work order, blueprints, drawing, templates, or layout.

Manufacturing Team Members (3rd Shift) (Indianapolis, IN)

Team Members will be cross trained in three processes; Blender Operation, Press Operation, and Saw Operation.
Blending will require weighing of materials, blending per specifications, maintaining inventory control, sampling finished blends, and performing various tests to ensure objectives are met.
Press Operators will require maintaining material identification while filling molds and pressing materials utilizing an isostatic press. In process measurements will be required to ensure objectives are met.
Saw Operators will maintain material identification while utilizing a band saw to cut parts to desired dimensions. In process measurements will be required to ensure objectives are met.
These positions will work 10 hours Monday through Thursday on day shift.
Team Members will be trained to operate High Temperature Sintering Furnaces. Position will require maintaining material identification while loading and unloading parts from furnace, monitoring equipment for proper operation, and performing inspections on parts to ensure objectives are met.

Mill Associate (Indianapolis, IN)

Mill Associates are responsible for overseeing the production of raw materials. They monitor and control all aspects of the milling process, including feeding raw materials into the mill, operating equipment to break down these materials into smaller pieces, and removing unwanted byproducts from the final product
