Mi-Tech’s standing commitment to excellence and value begins with employing the most advanced, state-of-the-art powdered metal process to manufacture heavy alloy tungsten. Our attention to detail includes monitoring grain-size specifications for our tungsten powders and adhering to stringent quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
We have long-standing relationships with tungsten suppliers that share our passion for quality and commitment to excellence, and we confirm the chemical analysis of our powders in-house before the manufacturing process begins.
Our full-service machine shop capabilities include grinding, turning, and milling to customers’ engineering specifications, and we also have CMM equipment to validate required dimensions and tolerances.
Mi-Tech’s quality management system is both ISO 9001 and AS9100 Certified.
