Mi-Tech Tungsten Metals, LLC, Customer Service & Refund Policy

Customer Service Inquiries

For Customer Service Inquiries during regular business hours (between 8 AM and 5 PM Eastern Time), Monday through Friday, please contact Mi-Tech Tungsten by telephone at 800-624-1895 or by email at sales@mttm.com. For Customer Service Inquiries after regular business hours, please contact Mi-Tech Tungsten by email at sales@mttm.com. When making a Customer Service inquiry, please identify your website order number or date of order in addition to your company name and credit card number used.

Replacement Policy

In the event you are in any way not satisfied with your order, please contact Customer Service to arrange for the return and replacement of your order, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay, subject to the availability of replacement products.

We may withhold replacement until we have received the unsatisfactory products back or until you have supplied sufficient evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest.

Return Policy

If you are in any way not satisfied with your order, please contact Customer Service to arrange for the return of your order and we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 10 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to return products.

We may however withhold reimbursement until we have received the unsatisfactory products back or until you have supplied sufficient evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest.

Once your returned products have been checked and inspected at our warehouse, you will receive a refund notification. Your refund will be paid back to the bank account you have provided.

Refunds usually take up to 5-10 working days to appear on your statement. The length of time depends solely on your card company’s policies. You can always check your refund status on your online account or by contacting your card issuer.

In order to get a full refund it’s important that we receive the goods in the same state you received them.

 

Lost/Damaged Package and Material Instructions

Customer reports they received a damaged package, material and or missing items.

Instructions:

  • Do not accept the damaged package or damaged/missing material from the carrier.
  • If accepted, the receiver must hold onto the package as received and start a claim with the carrier as soon as possible. Take pictures of all damaged packaging and material.
  • Contact Jason Hawley at Mi-Tech Tungsten Metals, 317-549-4290 to provide the claim number regarding the damaged package and or damaged/missing items once the claim has been initiated with the carrier.
  • Customer must pay the invoice in full, as agreed upon terms.
  • Customer will be reimbursed or credit issued for the damaged/missing items once the shipper, Mi-Tech Tungsten Metals, has been reimbursed by the carrier.
  • If the customer refused declared value on collect shipments or declined the insurance on prepay and add shipments, Mi-Tech Tungsten Metals will not be responsible for any amount not reimbursed by the carrier.
